Amy Caldwell and Joel Rackham join the Board of Directors to level up Jipe’s partnership and sales efforts.
KAYSVILLE, UT (Oct. 12, 2022) — Brenda Anderson, Founder and CEO of Jipe, initiated the official formation of a Board of Directors for Jipe, Corporation. Effective October 2022, Brenda has appointed Amy Caldwell, Co-Founder and CBDO at RevRoad, and Joel Rackham, SVP Global Sales at MarketStar, to serve with her.
Brenda says, “I am thrilled to bring two powerhouse leaders onto Jipe’s Board who share my vision of what Jipe is today and where we are taking it in the future. This is just the beginning! Jipe will change the way teenagers find starter jobs forever.”
Amy serves as the Chief Business Development Officer and co-founder of RevRoad, a venture services firm in Provo, UT. She is especially adept at organizing large events, building strong customer networks, and negotiating venture agreements and partnerships.
Brenda has been collaborating with Amy on projects that are increasing Jipe brand awareness and growth in Utah that and will soon expand outside of state borders. Since joining RevRoad’s portfolio in summer of 2022, Jipe’s strategic partnership with the organization is helping establish connections and relationships with key players in education and business, launch marketing campaigns, and raise capital. Amy’s background in business development and management adds fuel to the tank, taking Jipe to new heights.
Joel currently serves as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Direct Sales at MarketStar. His extensive experience creating and managing go-to-market strategies, both consumer and channel, for the world’s top IT companies, makes him an ideal addition to the Jipe team.
Joel and Brenda have a long history of working on business projects and initiatives together that yielded tremendous success and growth. His business acumen, sales expertise, history of scaling and exiting startups, and negotiation skills make him a solid addition to the Jipe Board. Joel’s expertise will propel growth and extend Jipe’s reach to more job seekers and more businesses. In addition to Board duties, he will be helping with sales training and recruiting efforts.
Jipe is making connections between leading employers and entry-level employees in the Utah market. This leadership appointment is going to help build more connections and broaden Jipe’s reach which will expand the workforce and fill open job positions to fuel the Utah economy.
